Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions apply to all of Simply Storage customers.
Simply storage takes no responsibility for any damage caused out of the reasonable control of Simply Storage.
Simply storage takes no responsibly of any loss or damage caused by defects of the vehicle.
Any damage or concerns after collection/delivery of the vehicle must be notified to Simply Storage within 24 hours of receiving your vehicle.
Customers accept that Simply Storage have no responsibility for damage or loss of your vehicle that is not covered by our insurance.

Simply storage holds the right to remove any vehicle from the storage facility with having given the customer 30 days notice of the required collection

Simply storage takes no responsibility of third party transport companies and any damage or issues caused by them will be the responsibility of the transport company.

Simply storage takes no responsibility of third party detailing companies and any damage or issues caused by them will be the responsibility of the detailing company.

Vehicle collection
​
Customers must give a minimum of 48 hours notice to collect a vehicle and a vehicle will only be released if there is no outstanding balance to be paid.

Any vehicles required to be delivered to a customer will be arranged in a timely manner and we take no responsibility if we cant provide the service you need in the time frame that you need it.

Non Payments
​
Any payment that is overdue by 30 days will incur an interest charge of 6% per month from the day the payment was due until payment of the court order.

In the event that payments remain outstanding for 90 days or more, Simply Storage may take proceedings pursuant to the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 and, after the provisions of the Act have been satisfied (i.e. notice has been given to the Customer that the Vehicle must be collected and payment made within a reasonable period), Simply Storage may sell the Vehicle and any other goods as set out above, and account to the Customer for any balance that may be due to him. If any balance is due to Simply Storage, this procedure shall not prejudice any right of recovery.
